Detail:
It adopt copper clad aluminum as the conductor. Its feature is between copper and aluminum and combine copper good conductivity performance and aluminum light weight advantage. Recent years, enameled copper clad aluminum wire is tested by users and certified that it can replace copper enameled wire, which supplies huge business chance and wide market.
Enameled copper clad aluminum wire (ECCA wire) have obvious features comparing to copper enameled wire:
a. light weight
ECCA density is 1/3 of copper wire in same size. It effectively reduces coil  weight, and improves product performance in audio coil industry.
b. good DC resistivity
ECCA DC resistivity is 1.5 times of copper enameled wire. Under the    condition of same resistance, its diameter is around 1.2 times of copper enameled wire, but its weight is only 1/2 times of copper enameled wire.
c. good soldering performance
As copper claded on the surface, it has same soldering performance as copper wire, not require special soldering treatment as aluminum wire.
d. lower cost
ECCA wire can reduce 30% to 50% production cost comparing to copper enameled wire.
